Molykote Z and Microsize Powders effectively lubricate metal surfaces of all kinds in many difficult and extreme environments e.g. metal/metal pairings at extreme loads and slow speeds or metal/plastic pairings at low loads and low to medium speeds
Coating of metallic friction contacts which cannot be sufficiently lubricated with oil or grease due to high loads, low speed or unfavourable environmental influences.
For finely finished surfaces and highly alloyed steels with dense structure Molykote Microsize Powders is the preferred product. Incorporation as a friction reducing additive in plastic elastomers and sintered metals.
