The red, self-fusing silicone tape boasts excellent moisture, oxygen and ozone resistance to assure continuous high insulation values, protecting your most sensitive components and keeping your aircraft in top condition. Unlike other tapes that will bond with just about anything, ARLON® T4020-R004-20 MOX-Tape® only bonds with itself, forming a permanent bond after 24 hours. Unused, ARLON® T4020-R004-20 MOX-Tape® has a 24-month shelf life.
ARLON® T4020-R004-20 MOX-Tape® from SkyGeek is made from a specially formulated silicone rubber that allows the leak tape to only bond to itself. This bond is permanent and delivers superior insulating properties, forming a barrier to moisture, ozone and corona over a wide temperature range. ARLON® T4020-R004-20 MOX-Tape® has a service temperature range of -65oF to 500oF (-54oC to 260oC), so it’s safe to use all over your aircraft. The MIL-I-22444 RoHS-compliant, Class H tape is sold by the roll and each roll measures 1” wide x 0.020” thick x 60’ long. ARLON® tape rolls are sold individually, but volume pricing is available on qualifying bulk orders.
