Processing:
The Release Agent should be at room temperature before processing. The contents of drum must be well stirred before use.
We recommend to use an appropriate, low speed stirrer for 10 – 20 minutes. This procedure should be repeated for 5
minutes at least every 4 – 5 hours.
We suggest using needle-controlled air-assisted spray-guns.
At normal cycle times the material output should be about 60 – 120 ml/min. This can be achieved
by using nozzles of a diameter of 0,5 – 0,8 mm and an appropriate material pressure. We recommend a thin and uniform
application to avoid foam surface disturbances.
Before first coating is applied the mould should be cleaned with an ACMOSOL Mould Cleaner.
New or cleaned moulds should be sealed with the Release Agent two or three times before filling.
Storage:
Stir up thoroughly before use.Do not store outdoors. Protect from heat and cold. Allow products to reach room
temperature before use. Do not leave container open.
Storage temperature: between 10° C and 30° C
